My background in psychology led me to become fascinated with human behaviour, habits and what it takes to initiate and maintain change.
Just having knowledge and desire is not necessarily enough, in any respect, to achieve difficult lifestyle changes.

To shift knowledge and desire into practice, we need to be motivated to do so. Motivation is the ingredient most often missing and it’s what I can bring to the relationship with my clients.
