Although this programme has an online element it is seriously personal. You’ll be in daily contact with myself, your buddies and your team everyday. The programme is introduced in a live zoom ‘question and answer’ with me and your team. There are team building activities every week and you also have a buddy group of 3-4 within that team. It’s fully online but interactive
The programme offers all you need to succeed from wherever you are in the world. You’ll have access to a great choice of pre recorded workouts. Although the programme is online you will be in touch with Sally on a daily basis so it’s different to an online programme where you are left to your own devices. SO this is all the convenience on online but with the results of face to face.
It’s accountable
The most common reason people fail at weight loss programmes is nothing to do with the strategies or recipes being offered. We all know what we need to do. What we need is for someone to make us do it. Every single day for 8 weeks you will be required to complete your tracker. The tracker is an online shared document with Sally & your team. You are being watched and if you are not 100% on top of everything you can expect a friendly nudge.
It’s scientific
There are no fads in this programme, it’s just straightforward science and maths all the way. It is straight-talking and direct. So much so that I will know how accurate your tracking is and within a few weeks will be able to pinpoint an accurate BMR for you personally.
All fitness levels are catered for
Options are given in the workouts that will suit all fitness levels. I offer both high impact and low impact options of the exercises and you can work out as hard as you want to. It’s also possible to be successful on the plan without doing the workouts.
