An 8 week accountability programme for weight loss. Designed for people who don’t just want to be told to eat healthier and move more, they want a greater level of personal support in encouraging them to actually do it and keep doing it until they reach their health and fitness goals.

Your food intake and your exercise are monitored on a daily basis, both personally by Sally and also by your buddy team, to help you succeed. Imagine having someone keeping an eye on you an encouraging you every day. For so many of my client’s this approach has been game changing in helping them shed the weight and keep it off.

The programme is a one off fee of £125 for the 8 weeks.

That is equivalent to

  • Buying just 2-3 Personal Training Sessions at £50-75 each (won’t make much difference to your weight)

  • Buying a round of drinks once a week at £15.60 (won’t help you to lose weight)

  • Buying a £2.23 coffee every day for 8 weeks (won’t help you to lose weight)

On this programme you will lose weight and this is because of the level of personal accountability and support that if offered.

Accountability

Every day for 8 weeks you will report on your food intake, your active output and your progress on the weekly tasks designed to improve your psychology and habits relating to food and activity.

You will report to your buddy team and to Sally.

Miss an update and you can expect a nudge! And not a nudge from an automated bot, this nudge comes from a human to a human, supportive, encouraging and motivating.

Menus & strategy

You will be trying a variety of tested and proven strategies to figure out what works best for you and your lifestyle. Ranging from high protein to intermittent fasting, you will be eating delicious healthy nutritious food. It doesn’t matter if you’re plant based, coeliac, wheat or dairy intolerant, we will help you adjust your lifestyle for maximum results.

Fitness

You will have access to an array of online workouts including cardio, bodyweight, kettlebell, ankle weights and abs. Ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes there is something here for every mood and busy schedule.

These are suitable for all fitness levels as they can be customised. Any workout is as hard or as easy as you want to make it.

Each workout is designed from a mix of strength and cardio moves with different versions of exercises offered for beginners, intermediates and advanced.

Community

As well as Sally, you will be in daily contact with your team and your buddies on the online tracker and the team WhatsApp group to ensure you stay focussed, stay supported and succeed. The SHRED communities we develop are what makes this programme so unique.
